I’ve been feeling like going back to knitting a little, here’s my last creation

This is a special order from a customer. I’d like to share it with you.

Ok, here’s my project. My sister Tezame wrote a children book “Coin-coin” meaning quack quack in French. She had quite a success in book fairs and thought it might make it more attractive to children if it featured the hero of the book. This duck. I intend to find a way to make this creature alive as a soft toy, I’m going to try to keep its personality. Maybe adding some embroidery for the eyes, felt for the legs and beak. I’m quite stuck right now. I’m getting started by finding a way to create the pattern. Lucky me. I’m still wondering why I offered my help on this
